I'm really excited for this year's NOLA trip because I don't know what to expect. Though I've been to NOLA three other times, I've never been with Bonner so I'm excited and thankful for this new experience! I'm curious to see how it will compare to the ABC trip. So much of the trip is shaped by the people you're with, so I'm excited to go down with so many people who truly have a passion for service. I hope our background in Bonner will help lead us to great discussions and reflections. I'm excited to get to know the freshmen as well. Because I wasn't at all of orientation and wasn't around this semester because of my internship, I hardly know any of them! I can't wait to meet them and get to know them better. They're the next class to continue to carry and further the Bonner program so I'm interested to learn what goals they have for Bonner and where their individual passions lay.
