NOLA Here I Come-Adam

The days leading up to the infamous “NOLA trip” had me feeling excited and ready to overcome any obstacle in my way. I had my schedule planned and set so that I would arrive the Friday the 16^th, before the scheduled 11 am, at TCNJ and embark to New Orleans with my fellow Bonner Scholars. But that plan was destroyed when I received a text message from Bonners very own Caitlyn McNair stating that we had to be at TCNJ the Thursday prior. So secretly under my calm and collective façade I was truly freaking out because I felt as though I had more time to pack and situate myself. In the end I managed to get everything packed for both the semester and the trip, with only a little casualties along the way. The closer I got to TCNJ the more excited I became, though I must say that I did not anticipate the longevity of the trip at hand, but nothing was going to ruin my excitement for my first trip to New Orleans.
